This policy covers the 3dPlayer Android app () and this website. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legal language. Questions: .
What the app collects
3dPlayer has no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no crash-tracking services. It does not build a profile of you.
- On your phone only: watch history, favourites, playlists, saved links, resume positions, settings and the on-device Error history. These live in the app's private storage and are never uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
- Stored online (Firebase, Google Cloud): your email address, a password hash (handled by Firebase Authentication - we never see your password), your subscription status and expiry, and the single device ID linked to your account. This exists only to run the monthly activation.
- Payment: you pay by UPI directly to the developer's UPI ID. 3dPlayer does not process or store card or bank details. The payment screenshot you send on WhatsApp is used only to verify and approve your month.

The in-app web browser and privacy filter
When you open a web page inside 3dPlayer, the page is loaded on your phone by Android's WebView. The optional privacy filter checks page requests locally on your device using EasyList/EasyPrivacy rule lists; your browsing addresses are not sent to any filtering server. Updating the rule lists contacts only easylist.to to download the lists themselves.
What this website collects
- Bug reports and feedback you send: the form contents you type, plus any screenshots, logs or recordings you attach. These are emailed to the developer and used only to understand and fix your issue and, if you gave an email, to reply.
- Screenshots you attach: stored only as part of that email to the developer. They are not published, shared or used for anything else. Please hide passwords, personal conversations, banking details and other sensitive information in screenshots before sending.
- Spam protection: the report form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from humans. Cloudflare processes limited technical data for this check under its own privacy policy.
- No tracking: this website uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no social-media trackers.
Retention and deletion
Support emails and their attachments are kept in the support mailbox only as long as needed to handle your report and follow up, after which they may be deleted. You can ask for your support messages or your account (email, subscription record, device link) to be deleted at any time by emailing from the address concerned. Deleting your account ends access to the app and is not reversible.
Third-party services
- Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google) - account sign-in and subscription records, inside the app.
- Resend - delivers website report/feedback emails to the support inbox.
- Cloudflare - hosts this website and provides optional spam protection.
- easylist.to - rule-list downloads for the optional in-app privacy filter.
Each service processes only what is described above, under its own privacy terms.
Children
3dPlayer is a general media player and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
