These terms govern the 3dPlayer Android app and this website. By using either, you accept them.

The service

3dPlayer is a media player for Android that plays video and audio files stored on your device and streams from links you provide. It is a player - it does not host, supply, recommend or provide access to any content.

Subscription

Using the app requires an account and a paid activation of Rs 9 / month, paid by UPI.
Activation is approved manually after you send your payment screenshot. A month runs from the approval date to the same date next month.
One account may be linked to one phone at a time. Linking a new phone unlinks the previous one.
Payments are for access already granted and are non-refundable except where required by law. If your payment was taken but your account was not approved, contact support - that gets fixed.
We may refuse or end access for abuse, payment fraud or attempts to bypass the activation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use 3dPlayer to infringe copyright or other rights - you are responsible for the files and links you play;
modify, repackage or redistribute the app, or share your account or APK copies to bypass activation;
use the support forms to send unlawful, harmful or spam content.

What 3dPlayer does not do

3dPlayer does not download online videos, does not bypass DRM, logins, paywalls or advertisements on third-party services, and does not guarantee that any particular link or website will play. Third-party sites (such as YouTube) are governed by their own terms, which you must follow.

Your content

Your media stays on your device. Screenshots and logs you send through support are used only to handle your report, as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the app or website is limited to the amount you paid for the current month. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

Terms may be updated on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
